David has been with the agency since August 2010 (not counting when he worked with his dad part-time prior to graduating high school). He decided to move back to Wisconsin to be closer to family and friends and join the family business not long after the passing of his father Jim. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Northern Michigan University in 2003 in Marquette, Michigan where he lived for a number of years and worked as a sports broadcaster in both television and radio. Just prior to joining Glavinsured, he was in Management and Public Relations/Marketing for a leading North American company. He is licensed for all lines of insurance and obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2019. David works in both commercial and personal lines and was instrumental in the growth of the Medicare segment offerings of the agency, as well as group benefits, life and other health products.
David is on the Leadership Council of the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) in Wisconsin, bringing the concerns of his clients and community to our local, state, and federal officials. He volunteers when and where he can, and for many years volunteered as a coach for a local homeschool boys’ basketball team. When not at work, he loves spending time with his family and being outdoors.

Russ has been with Glavinsured since 1987 as a 3rd generation independent insurance agent and dedicates his time to advising and servicing the needs of Medicare beneficiaries. He obtained his Certified Insurance Counselor - CIC designation in April 2002 and understands the complexities of insurance. Russ believes in making the entire process a positive and easy educational experience for his clients.
Russ has enjoyed volunteering and serving at several community events and activities. When not in the office, you will find Russ spending time with family, traveling, camping, golfing, hunting, and taking trips to the north woods of Wisconsin.
Michael D. Olsen

Michael joined the team in September 2025 and is an independent insurance agent assisting clients to get the help they need to find a Medicare plan that may best suit them and also individual and family plans on and off the healthcare exchange. Licensed in Life and Health, Michael is planning to expand his knowledge and feels there is always room to grow.
When not at the office Michael works within the community and spends time with his family. You may find him driving a school bus or fixing something for someone. Michael is here and happy to help with your needs or direct you to one of the other excellent staff members at Glavinsured that can.

Mary joined the agency in March 2015. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in Social Science. Mary is a licensed CSR and is working towards her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. Mary enjoys assisting Glavinsured’s clientele in servicing their day-to-day needs.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her children and family.

Rachel joined the team in February 2021 and is currently a Client Service Agent. She holds an associate degree in Business Management from Rasmussen University. Rachel started working within the insurance field in 2013. Currently licensed in personal and commercial lines, Rachel is planning to expand her knowledge and feels there is always room to grow.
When not at the office Rachel loves spending time with her family. You may find her at a Cross Country meet cheering Necedah on, or just as easily find her out on the river fishing. Rachel was raised to be outdoors and is as happy to be in the shade reading a book as she would be helping her neighbors, family, and friends.

Tracy joined the team in July 2023 and is currently a Client Service Agent. Tracy started working in the Insurance industry in 2000 and is currently licensed in personal, commercial, life and health and has had her CISR designation since 2013.
When not in the office Tracy likes spending time with her family. Enjoys, camping, fishing and four wheeling, making custom tumblers, and selling Color Street. Also loves helping her family and friends.

Sarah joined Glavinsured Agency in August 2025 as an Office Assistant, bringing a warm and organized presence to the front desk. She helps keep the office running smoothly with her attention to detail and friendly approach to client service.
Outside the office, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s camping under the stars or making memories with friends, loved ones, and her children.
